We make gelato and build dreams to live inside of. We dig in the dirt and pull treasures out of dust, creating beauty with every layer of our hearts; for friends, family and the curious to enjoy.

We celebrate the epicurean experience with the best possible ingredients, made for our family and yours. Staying close to earth wherever possible and always taking time to practice a centuries-old art that we’ve most recently come to love.

Noci Gelato was a marriage of our love for good food and creative design. The ability to create an atmosphere for our customers that embodies these passions has been a blessing beyond measure.

From owning a hair salon and property maintenance company to making small batches of artisanal gelato, our journey proves that it is never too late to try something new. We sought out a life full of passion and Noci Gelato has given us just that.
